Change and excitement are pretty darn near inseparable. They're like peas and carrots; like Jenny and Forrest.

If we're afraid of change are we afraid of excitement? What is it about excitement that could possibly scare us?

Barb, .html is a super secret language. You know how us old folk are; we hate to learn new languages. I'm still learning to decipher the menu at Pancho's Mexican Buffet. While learning this super secret language over the last seven years, I've found that the language changes as fast as I can learn it. That kind of pisses me off. I want to say, "Hey, slow down for us old folks, would ya?"

In the boxes you get when you click on "Add Reply," there is a whole menu of delicious typographical delights. Just to the left of the "spellcheck" is a funny little icon. Click on that and it turns your reply into an .html reply. You can do a million fun things with .html.

Yes, Barb, the chatroom really sucks. For a long-winded fast typist such as myself it's like being blindfolded with my hands handcuffed behind my back and my mouth gagged and my ankles bound together with a very rough irritating rope. I don't understand why Yuku doesn't just use the ezboard chat platform. Man, that was the best chatroom I've ever come across! But alas, from what I've heard, Yuku is looking at other chat platforms. Maybe things will get better. Maybe they'll have to get better because that's what we want. How's that for a concept?

Yes, at Yuku we can "avatar out." I've been practicing that at Joy Zone. On Yuku I think it could be more fun. Although I still disagree with the term, "avatar," for these little square images, I have kept myself open to whatever fun might come through it. Fun is always around every corner like a puppy following you home. How many puppies are you willing to bring home with you?

By the way, Taco would be royally pissed if I were to ever bring home a puppy. Puppies can throw things all a-kilter, dont' ya know. A queen must assert her rulership. Thank goodness we humans don't do that silly king and queen bullsh!t. .....or do we? Seriously, who still buys into the monarchy ideals of the past? Who still holds onto them? Read my lips: There is no monarchy in one-ness! Yet, surprisingly, there are still millions of queens. The king is dead. Long live the queen!

I'm curious what everyone thinks about the whole "profile" thing here at Yuku.

I'm also curous what everyone thinks about the possibilities for change and exictement that spread out before us like some kind of yellow brick road. What kind of change are you willing to open up to? What kind of exictement are you willing to let into your life? How deeply can you embrace change? How deeply can you embrace life?

Yes, Yuku is very photo friendly. I still haven't explored all those avenues, much like some other Yuku thingies, but I'm learning it as fast as my little ole noggin can. It's fun to learn new things--even for a slowpoke such as myself. I encourage everyone to play with the new Yuku format. Once we start playing then we'll start having fun.
